ATC respects your privacy. We work with data centres and data-driven businesses and therefore collect business to business data and personal data for job application purposes through this secure website. Our business is to provide data centre lifecycle management from secure transport to decommissioning.

Your Data

We collect basic business contact details that you provide on our ‘Contact Us’ form. By completing the form, you are consenting to ATC making contact for business purposes. There is a free form section on the form, we would ask that you do not enter any sensitive information here.   We may also collect private and personal information when you upload your CV for recruitment purposes. All business communication is securely stored within  Microsoft 365 which is hosted in the European Union.

We use your information only for the purpose of business communication and do not share it with any third-party unless it is for the direct purpose of providing a service to you or legal purposes.  We store your details only for the lifecycle of our business relationship and no longer than necessary.nAll job applications will be stored for 90-days after a vacancy closes then automatically deleted. We use the recruitment application ‘Workable’ to securely manage the job application process. Workable Software Ltd may host your application outside the EEA. If you visit our offices, we have CCTV cameras installed for the safety and security of our employees, visitors, infrastructure and technology. There is clear signage as you enter the office regarding retention time and point of contact for information. You can view our CCTV Policy at any time.

 

Your Privacy

You have the right to:

1. Ask us what information we hold about you and receive a copy of this data
2. Ask us to delete or stop communication with you
3. Ask us to transfer a copy of your details to another organisation
4. We would always encourage you to let us know if any information we hold on you is incorrect or out of date

We will acknowledge and act upon your request without delay.  If at any time we cannot oblige, due to legal or contractual reasons, we will explain this to you.
